Aquatint with chine-collé on high quality cotton wove paper. The print is hand signed in pencil by the artist and numbered of an edition of 50 copies.

This etching by Joan Hernández-Pijuan is very representative of the changing style that his work had in between the 80's and the 90's. Very distinctive of his 80's period are the references to nature elements that Hernández-Pijuan simplifies to a point where they are turned into symbols. These are limited by a frame which goal is to highlight the emptiness. This last one is a formal appeal he would use many times during the 90's.
